A helpful guide for slimming
This book explains an enjoyable and practical approach to fuss free healthy eating for both vegans and omnivores. It also has plenty vibrant photographs of meals and recipes plans for weeks. This is a very good and inspirational book.

THIS IS THE AMERICAN VERSION
This I see the US version of this book. With US weights and measures and different names of foods and herbs etc. Returned and swapped for the UK version. Still a great read though. Have been doing basic principals for a week and lost over 2 kilos 😁

Don't buy it, it's the same book
I purchased this book, and to my amazement all that's new is the cover and title, lve brought the 2 previous books and really looking forward to reading it! But it's the same page for page, very dissatisfied and disapointed.
