StopShroom STBLU232 Universal Stopper Plug Cover for Bathtub, Bathroom and Kitchen Drains, Aqua

If you’re looking for an affordable solution to keep water in to take a nice warm bath this is it! However after about a year and a half-ish it does start to create mold on the bottom (normal I understand) you’ll have to wash it or soak it off. This is my second one because my cat likes to play with it and bite the silicone. Once the silicone on the edge is gone, it won’t really suction too well. Not the products fault, just wish it was cat proof…maybe a little thicker?? Either way, affordable and convenient option! Will buy again!!

It's cute, works well to keep the tub drain sealed, and it's easy to clean. Exactly as described.

Works okay but need to hold it in place and make sure the suction tab is in place while water is running to keep it from floating up. Worked pretty well as an overflow drain cover as well.

Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with this product. It does a great job in our tub of keeping water from draining when taking a bath and I love that it can be placed directly over the tub shroom so that I don't have to take it out to fill the tub. We have no issues with its adhesiveness, as it does an incredibly good job suctioning to the tub floor....though I suppose that it's may depend on how the tub is shaped and what material it's made of to determine how well it works...but for our fiberglass soaking tub it's wonderful.

This product is great to use if your sink or bathtub does not have a stopper or the stopper is broken (as in my case). It makes it so that I can hand wash items in my sink now. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I think it is a little expensive for what it is, and I have not tested its durability so I cannot comment on how long it will last. It is pretty large, so it should fit any size drain, and is pretty easy to use (you just put it over your drain and turn on the water and eventually the “cover” suctions and prevents any water from entering). It is not as flexible/flimsy as other products, as this one has a rigid plastic inside that keeps the overall shape a dome, unlike others which are just rubber and may collapse down flat once under water. This plastic inside of the rubberized outside probably lends itself to making the product more durable and able to keep its shape over time, however I have not used it enough to be able to report back on this. I just tried this on my bathroom sink, which has a relatively small drain compared to the size of this “Stop Shroom” and though it works initially to block the drain and keep water in the sink, because it does not actually suction around the drain, the water slowly drains underneath the product, and I came back about 30 minutes later to an empty sink. This product would probably work better to cover a larger drain or one that has their other product to catch hair installed, as the product has a raised inside dome. I’m disappointed that it does not work for longer than about 5-10 minutes in my sink, as this product was pretty expensive for what it is. Overall, the product is nice and it is large enough that it could fit any drain that I would want to use it on, and the construction with the plastic and rubber is probably more durable than others. I still feel that the price was a little high for what it is, but I could not find a similar product at a lower price in stock at the time, so I bought this one. The color is also nice (I bought the teal) which is a bonus.

Wow this works a lot better than I thought it would. Nothing to do but use it. No fuss, no muss, just put it over the drain, fill the tube and viola! NO MORE LEAKS - Perfect! The only issue was storage. I used an L shaped "stick on" hook in an unobtrusive spot on the bath tub surround and that worked perfectly for my use.

Works really good for sink stopper. Great value

Did not stay put when filling the tub. Not worth the hype.

It doesn't work, won't create any water tight seal, just sits on the top. It will be leaking from all side. Scam don't buy !!!!
