I needed something lighter than even a ventilated jacket. At 110 degrees, I was soaked in sweat and my tshirt stuck to me without air movement, making riding just not worth it. I just couldn't bring myself to ride "naked". It is just too risky around here, and I've seen what happens when someone throws caution to the wind. Skin graphs aren't cheap and certainly not something one wants to do.This stretches comfortably over or under other clothes without looking completely ridiculous. Although, I do look like a TMNT with my hard shell backpack and the armor! 😂The zipper is the weakest link in an otherwise perfect piece of inexpensive riding gear. (Actually it is my cheapest item, even my gloves cost more). It certainly isn't designed to take a hit going 90, but hitting the asphalt at less than HWY speeds, I think you'll be surprised how well it protects. Without a doubt, better than riding naked and nearly just as comfortable.

$77. CAD is as cheap as it gets for armoured suits in this range. I bought this jacket for riding an over powered ebike on trails. This suit does the trick providing good protection for this level of riding. It goes on fast-- I especially like that it is a front zip up and not an over the head pull over. The pads retain their position and the garment was designed for 'cool' air flowing movement. This suit fits snug and is meant to hug and contour your body... so if you're over weight it looks bad.

The summers are getting way to hot and I needed something I could wear for protection but was cool. I took a chance on this and I love it! It is perfect. I normally wear large so I bought the large jacket and it fits great. There is enough room to allow for a shirt under it. Air now flows as I ride but I feel safer then not wearing protection. I do wish it came in another color.
