Total Game Changer for Contact Sleepers & Moro Reflex – Saved Our Nights!
Overall Verdict If you have a baby who only sleeps on you, startles awake the second they touch the bassinet, or naturally sleeps with their arms up, this swaddle is worth every penny. It completely transformed our 6-week-old’s sleep and restored our sanity. The Transformation Before this swaddle, we couldn't put our 6-week-old down in his next-to-me bassinet at all. Even when transferred in a deep sleep, his Moro (startle) reflex would immediately wake him up, leaving us trapped in a endless loop of contact sleeping and zero rest. The first night using the Love to Dream swaddle, everything changed: - Self-Settling: He now goes down drowsy directly into his bassinet without fighting it. - Longer Stretches: He consistently sleeps in solid 3 to 4-hour stretches and successfully links sleep cycles on his own. - Instant Comfort: Although he was slightly hesitant at first, he now settles almost instantly the moment the suit goes on. Fit & Design The "Snug" Design: It feels very snug at first, but that's precisely why it works so well - it mimics the feeling of the womb and controls startled movements while letting him keep his hands up. Sizing Note: Our baby weighs 5.3kg and is quite long. It fits him comfortably with plenty of leg length, though because it is streamlined, it might be a bit tight for babies who are particularly broad or chunky around the tummy. Ease of Use: It’s incredibly easy to put on and take off. The two-way multi-zip is a lifesaver for quick, low-disruption midnight nappy changes. Quality & Care The fabric is premium, soft, stretchy, and holds up brilliantly in the laundry. We machine wash and tumble dry it regularly with zero shrinkage or loss of shape. Final Thoughts This suit genuinely changed our lives. Both parents and baby are finally rested, happy, and thriving. Highly, highly recommended for any exhausted parents struggling with bassinet transfers!

Helped him sleep through the night - two way zip
First time Mom here. We were doing the traditional swaddling for him but he became so restless and would wake up all night. We then tried the Velcro swaddle but he was still restless and would twist and turn to take his hands out. So I then started the research and knew them since babies sleep with hands up as a default sleeping position. Therefore bought this as most of the forum said about this brand. From the day once he had been sleeping through the night and no disturbances. The material is so soft and has a two way zipper that makes it easier. There were nights when we put him on the crib he gave us cue that he wants the swaddle. I have now purchased the tradition model from the same love to dream. I have replaced the police colour.

Great for sleep
Highly recommend these swaddles, they are safe and easy to use, limiting the risk of suffocation you can get from a poorly swaddled baby with a blanket. We used these from the first night my baby came home and she has always slept really well, she never fussed putting it on and always appeared to be comfortable. She also looked like an adorable little bat!

Improves sleep
Having gone from waking up every 2-3 hours, baby now sleeps through the night. Game changer. Wish I'd purchased sooner

Game changer for night time
I’ve been using the Love To Dream Swaddle UP (1.0 TOG, small size) for a while now and it’s been a really good addition to our sleep routine overall. The biggest difference compared to traditional swaddles is the arms-up design. It lets babies keep their hands near their face, which seems to help with self-soothing and settling much quicker. It definitely made a noticeable difference for us during naps and nighttime. The fabric feels soft and breathable, and the snug fit around the torso gives that secure, swaddled feeling without being restrictive. It’s also reassuring that it’s designed to support healthy hip movement and development. The double zip is a lifesaver for night feeds and nappy changes—you can get in and out quickly without fully waking the baby. Also, the 1.0 TOG rating works well for typical room temperatures around 20–24°C, so it’s ideal for most UK homes. That said, it’s not perfect. The sizing can feel quite snug (which is intentional), but some babies might outgrow it quicker than expected. It’s also a bit on the pricey side for something they won’t use for a huge amount of time. Overall though, a really well-designed swaddle that genuinely helps improve sleep—just be mindful of sizing and how quickly your baby grows. Solid 4 stars.

She sleeps through the night and we believe it's down to this!
We have been using this for our baby since she was 3 weeks old, she is now 11 weeks. We tried the other swaddles that replicated how the midwives swaddled them at the hospital but she always managed to wiggle her arms out. This has been a dream swaddle. It stops her startle reflexes from waking her up and we truly believe this is what has contributed to her sleeping 5 - 7 hours through the night since she was 6 weeks old. I have just ordered the transitional swaddle as she needs to size up now due to her weight. Her dad swears by this product and it is loved by both of us for letting us get such good nights sleep. I also find for her daytime naps if I don't use it, she falls asleep in this position with her arms up for the longest amount of time compared to any other position so I know it is the most comfortable position for her, not forced, and I also really like that her legs aren't restricted. It means she can still wriggle them around about 5am to get that well needed bowel gas out! I would say to any parents, skip the other swaddles that look like cocoons and use this - your nights sleeps will thank you for it! From a couple of well rested first time parents!

Amazing product that really works. From bad sleep routines to really easy ones!
I thought this product was too good to be true but it really is amazing. I wish I had discovered it earlier. My baby loves to be swaddled but at 13 weeks we were getting to the point where he wasn’t ready for a sleeping bag but was too restricted by a tight swaddle that binds his arms to his body. I had initial worries about this product because the positioning of the hands looked awkward especially as my baby was so used to having his arms swaddled downwards. Our routine was to get the baby off to sleep in our arms and transfer him to his cot when he was asleep otherwise he would wake up and we’d have to start again. He would certainly never take himself off to sleep on his own. From its first use the swaddle up blanket has enabled our baby to get himself to sleep which we could not and still can’t believe! I zip him in when he starts to show signs of tiredness and lay him in his cot. Within minutes he has self soothed his way to sleep because the little hand tabs allow him to suckle on them and stroke his face. I still can’t believe that it works but it really does. He will often jerk around due to those baby reflexes but the design of the swaddle up prevents him from waking. I no longer live in fear of his movements during sleep or of him wriggling his way out of his blanket! My only negative regarding this product is the price of the swaddle up because it’s not cheap especially if you want a second one for when one goes in the wash. However it is a well made product and the cost can be worth it when you’re getting a good nights sleep and/or don’t have to spend so much time coaxing your baby to go off! In all this is a brilliant product and delivers on its promises. I wonder what better sleep we would have had if we had used it before now! I’m writing this review as I have just put my son down for his sleep. Once again I was marvelling at how easy this is to do now so thought it would be worth sharing my experiences.

Baby swaddle
I can't give this product a bad review, but I cannot give it a good one either. I put it on my baby only to remove it from her. Good material, easy to use breathable and soft. There is plenty leg room, my baby has long arms and that is where the issue is, it wouldn't fit the upper half of my baby. I know all baby have different sizes from birth so I think my rating is just.

Perfecto para tu recién nacido
Lo usamos las primeras semanas con nuestro bebé y se quedaba a gusto durmiendo. Se lo quitamos a las semanas para que aprendiera a dormir sin eso pero es una buena opción para recién nacido

Love it!!
I absolutely love the Love To Dream Swaddle Up Original! After trying a few traditional swaddles, this one instantly stood out. The design is brilliant—my baby can sleep with her arms up in a natural position, which keeps her calm and settled. The fabric is soft, breathable, and has just the right amount of stretch so she feels cozy without being restricted. The size small fits perfectly and gives a snug, secure feel that helps her drift off so much easier. The two-way zipper is a lifesaver for nighttime diaper changes—super quick and no need to fully unwrap her. Since switching to this swaddle, she’s been sleeping longer and waking up happier. Highly recommend it to any new parent looking for a simple, effective swaddle that truly makes a difference!
