This is a great television for me. I have a light filled living room so needed something that would work well in high light. The picture is clear and crisp in the height of the day. The sound is excellent in an open concept living/dining/kitchen with vaulted ceilings. I will not be needing a sound bar. I did not use the flush mount frame because I needed the tilt down (it is mounted above a very high fireplace) and to be able to swing it in the direction of the kitchen. The remote is very intuitive but is slim and slippery so that now has a much needed silicone sleeve. Samsung makes it super easy to set up. Connected to my WiFi immediately. I love this purchase!

Super tv. stylish. Flat. Very minimal look on wall. Easy to install. Navigation/menus have way too many options to get to what we want to watch. But worth the benefits.

Samsung Hijacked My TV This TV looks amazing on the wall, sleek, modern, impressive display. But the second you turn it on, it becomes a total nightmare. Let’s start with the most maddening part: Samsung TV Plus. It force-launches constantly. I’ve turned off every setting you can imagine: Autorun Smart Hub, Last App, Samsung TV Plus, Ambient Mode… all OFF. I even deleted every channel. Doesn’t matter. Every time I go into settings, just to adjust something simple, it blasts Samsung’s “Live TV” content at me. Usually it’s something I’d never watch (Fox News or country music, in my case), and there’s no way to make it stop. It’s like Samsung designed this TV to be their advertising platform first, and your personal entertainment system second. And then there’s the art problem. This model clearly has some kind of Art or Ambient Mode, because it keeps showing a random Superman artwork I never asked for. But guess what? You can’t change it without signing up for a paid Samsung Art Store membership. I didn’t buy this TV to be forced into a subscription just to stop it from showing content I don’t want on my own screen. Even uploading your own images is a convoluted mess that requires using a separate app on your phone and syncing it via SmartThings. So to recap: ✅ Great picture ❌ Total loss of control ❌ Constant forced ads and unwanted content ❌ Can’t even change the art without jumping through hoops or paying extra Unless you love battling your own TV and being bombarded with content you didn’t choose, do not buy this model. I’ve wasted way too much time trying to wrestle control back from a device that should have just… let me watch what I want.

Great product. Probably should have held out for the 2025 model, as it's now priced the same as I paid for the 2024 on Cyber Monday. Delivery took a long time (2 weeks), but that was partially due to fedEx. I am very happy with the quality of the product, ease of use and setup, etc.

I have three other Frame TVs from the prior generation and got this to have a slightly larger one in the living room. It is thinner and the picture and settings are much better than the older versions. Filmmaker Mode is very handy to avoid always have to mess with settings to get UHD movies just right. It sets the TV how it was intended to look for UHD streaming movies that have the setting enabled. That is great. The new matte coating on the screen is really effective in rooms with lots of glare. It really helps with not only the realism of art mode, but also with watching TV at angles. All in all, this is a great TV. Adding your own photos to Art Mode is now much faster and more reliable than the old system. But keep your app updated! Drawbacks: 1) Not sure if the new remote is backwards compatible. If not, that would stink because with several other Frames, it is nice to have remotes you can use on any TV once paired. 2) The new UI is not as intuitive and requires extra steps to do basic things. You can see that the underlying software is the same, it just is a little more confusing now. All in all, if you are looking for a Frame, this is great. If you are looking to upgrade an old Frame, this is worth it.

Frame TV is very nice in the application we use it for, we have one in the kitchen and one in the guest room. Picture quality is nice, but obviously not up to par with OLED. Use user interface is better than earlier Samsung TVs, but still a little confusing at times. I like the Samsung TV app as we do not have cable service anymore so this feels a bit of a hole. I like the artwork, there’s very little free artwork so you have to buy the service at $50 a TV. There are more affordable options out there such as the Frame Crop app. My biggest gripe is a packaging, there’s way too much Styrofoam and in this day and age of trying to be environmentally sensitive there’s much better packaging options. You can’t recycle Styrofoam and our trash service will not pick it up in the bulk service , so the only option is to break it up in little pieces, which makes a massive mess, and throw it in the garbage can over a couple of weeks.

We love our TV! I’ve been wanting a frame TV for a while and am very happy we decided to go for it. There is a convenient app with a remote control option on your phone. It has a built in sound monitor and tells me when I’m my dogs are barking and will turn itself on to play calming music for them. The art mode is beautiful and you can even upload your own photos and/or purchase art photos on Etsy if you are an artsy soul and have favorite artworks that aren’t available in the Samsung Art store. Pictures really don’t do it justice! Ours is not mounted as we are planning to move, but I can only imagine I will love it even more once it is mounted and has a decorative frame.

It's a nice TV, but the one connector cable that came with is not approved for in wall installation.

This is a fantastic TV, everything about it is amazing. The pictures and paintings you can display look so real. The service was also five star. I ordered in the evening and it was delivered the next morning!

Buy one. It’s worth it!

So disappointed with this. Always wondered why you could never see these displayed in the shops, but now I see why. Such poor picture quality, laggy and clunky usability and if you want to use the only feature that makes this unique (the art) you have to subscribe if you want even 1 picture beyond the lock screen style screensaver. Sure it’s thin, but for what you can get for the money I’ll be swapping this out for a better option for the sake of 1cm thickness. Very disappointed given the price and decent advertising of this product. Not for me.
