I started using this the same day I received it, day two I noticed I had more energy. The flavor is not good but the energy I have is amazing.

I’ve used this product for over 6 months now and absolutely loved it. It was rich, dark brown in color and had a strong black seed oil taste, but not anymore. It has completely changed in color and taste. I don’t feel like I’m getting the same strength of supplements as before. I hope this issue is fixed ASAP.EDIT:I take back what I said. After reviewing their TikTok, this was something discussed. The integrity of the Vitamin D3 & K2 was not altered. They simply used Black Seeds from another region than previously that supplies a different type of black seeds (like how we have different coffee beans — light coffee and dark coffee).All-in-all, it works well and I haven’t noticed any changes so I’ll continue to buy! This stuff is life changing.

Love this product. Taking it first thing in the morning and before bed, sometime a third time in the middle of the day. I’ve noticed the effects that experts claim high vitamin D supplementation provides. My only concern is consistency. The product taste different from bottle to bottle. Not sure what would cause that but I’d hate to think that some were diluted or less in quality. Overall happy

I’ve been taking this for only a week and my skin is becoming brighter. More youthful and flawless. I’m 38 with decent skin but this makes your face look flawless!! It does make you a bit gassy I won’t lie. Place under tongue for 30 seconds and drink water down. I chase it with pudding or yogurt.

I had to leave a review for this product. I take D3, K3 and black seed oil separately. I saw this product and thought I would try it. I give it to my kids and husband and they take it with no issues. Usually they complain about the taste of black seed oil but this one seems more tolerable. Your pee will be super yellow because of the D3. I noticed I was less tired throughout the day, it also helped one of my daughters with her digestive issues. Will buy more when I run out.

While I understand the benefits of black seed oil, I personally found it challenging to overcome the strong taste and texture typical of oils. It may not be suitable for those sensitive to such characteristics. Consider mixing it with other foods or drinks to mask the taste if you wish to incorporate it into your routine.

This is a great product. I have been using it about a month and can tell small changes is how I feel. On my second bottle. Worth the money.
