I did my fair research of the benefits of apple cider vinegar. There are so many of them! However, there is a disadvantage in taking apple cider vinegar in liquid. It can damage your esophagus tissue when you drink it in its raw acidic form. Also, if u dont drink it through a straw , it can damage the enamel of your teeth. These pills alleviate all those negatives. Not only are these pills Non GMO, but in my opinion they are the most potent at a reasonable price in comparison to other brands. Although I love the benefits of apple cider vinegar (weight loss, stabilize blood sugar, lower cholesterol, help with acid reflux), the smell of it is terrible and the taste is even worse. In the past, I have choked it down to reap the benefits, but the taste is so bad it is almost impossible to keep up the habit. Now I can add ACV to my daily supplements with ease. Just pop one of these capsules and you get all the benefits of ACV without the hassle. So far I have been really pleased with this brand and love that it is made with 100% organic apples with no added chemicals, fillers or preservatives.

I like the fact that the capsules are small and easy to swallow. Larger ones can be more challenging to take.

I hate the taste of Apple Cider Vinegar so this helps me get my daily dose.

A lot easier than taking liquid ACV

Used this product for tinnitus. It does not cure it and I didn't expect it would but it does help it. The pitch is consistently less high and it is more even. I don't have the higher pitched whistles like before. I tried another brand but went back to this one.

I love this product! Great dietary supplement! It has helped curve my appetite and I can really tell a difference. I would recommend this to others!
