It's organic and brown!!!!
I am so glad this product is back on Amazon. It is the best ramen. Not only is it made with brown rice, but it is organic. Cooks up nicely.

Teen approved
With three young adult/teen boys still at home, let's just say that my household goes through a lot of ramen noodles. And lately, they've graduated to exploring the wide world of ramen beyond the $0.50 supermarket packets (which doesn't really adversely affect my wallet, but it does raise the "average" price per person that seems reasonable. I myself haven't really eaten too much ramen since my own college days, but on the rare occasions I do, I am reminded fondly of how much I love the texture of those curly, springy noodles. So of course I jumped at the opportunity to test out a more "grown up" version in the Explore Cuisine Organic Brown Rice ramen product. The overall verdict from the kids: "it's good ramen." That doesn't say much, but if you have teens, you know that's a resounding endorsement. They don't really care that it's made of healthy brown rice, nor that it is gluten-free. I do, though. I am not gluten-intolerant as far as I know, but I have learned that I just feel much better when I limit my gluten intake, so this is a great opportunity to indulge. And, of course, the extra nutrients that the brown rice brings to it do a tiny bit to counter their typical diets. I love that it is pre-portioned so they can grab a section of noodles or I can toss several into a chicken or vegetable soup for that added flavor and texture. I also like that it does not come with a sodium-rich flavor packet, which encourages them to "create" their own dishes of broth, veggies, and egg. I haven't done it yet, but my next step is to test this for soaking, with the hopes of adding a healthier option to my dry foods camping stash. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this purchase, which is pretty consistent cost-wise with similar "better" ramens and certainly a more tasty and healthy option.

SO SO SO SO SO SO GOOD!!
I spent years trying to perfect an easy gluten-free vegetarian soup recipe, which I did. Then I spent many more years making and eating a fresh bowl of soup every evening. (Recipe at the end.) I nearly always use ramen.I'm fairly set in my ways, as you might have guessed, so I've been eating the same ramen for years. But after tonight, I am switching brands. I've already added this ramen to my monthly Subscribe & Save orders. I am absolutely flummoxed as to how two brands of organic brown rice ramen can be so different. This one is so much better.MY OLD ONE:- organic brown rice and millet (but also a flavor packet which I always throw away- 40g per serving (1/2 a brick)- 140 calories per serving (but most people will want to eat the full brick, which is 2 servings)- flavor: good- price: about $1 per serving (but that's $2 if you eat the whole brick)THIS ONE:- organic brown rice is the only ingredient- 50g per serving (full brick)- 200 calories per serving- flavor: terrific- price: about $1 per servingInterestingly, the bricks look the same size to me. Not sure what that's all about. In any case, the full brick of this ramen was very satisfying and the perfect amount. You get 6 boxes. Each box contains a bag with 4 bricks of ramen.PLEASE NOTE: I accidentally forgot to toss in my usual egg, so I added that at the 5-minute mark and boiled my ramen another 3 minutes. So that's a total of 8 minutes. It came out perfectly. Here's the recipe:Put 2.5 cups of water in pot. Set that up to boil. While waiting, add:- 4T peas and carrots (frozen)- 2T corn (frozen)- all the sauteed mushrooms you want- 5T of liquid from the sauteed mushrooms- ½ bouillon cup (I use Edward & Sons Not Chick'n)- handful of fresh spinach if you feel like itWhen it boils, add ramen. (or pre-cooked rice or noodles)Turn the temperature down a bit but keep it boiling. At any point when you have at least 3 minutes left, add a pre-beaten egg.I'll be playing with the timing, but 8 minutes really worked out perfectly for this ramen.I can not recommend this product highly enough. As a Vine Voice, I review a great many products. It's extremely rare for me to like one enough to make it my new go to. It's that good. Also obviously good for people who don't have to eat gluten free.

Tasty Ramen Noodles
These ramen noodles are really tasty! Each box has four blocks of noodles (4 servings). That's perfect for my family to make a large pot. These are the noodles only so you will need to add your own seasonings. We love making our own vegan ramen and these noodles worked perfectly. They're very tasty, pretty healthy, and offered at a reasonable price.

Great ramen
Great gluten free ramen! Texture was identical to what I'm used to and cooked up pretty easily. I did have to use a fork to pull the noodles apart during cooking, but I was already stirring so it wasn't a big deal. These don't have any particular flavor so it's a fine substitute for any ramen recipe. I'll definitely be getting these again!

Good tasting brown rice ramen noodles
This brown rice ramen noodle is good tasting and the spring in the noodles as expected from a good ramen noodle. This ramen is a healthy alternative to the cheap packages of ramen noodles, this brown rice noodle goes well with almost anything you pair it with. These noodles do cook in about 5-6 mins, these noodles do not cook like the inexpensive packet ramen noodles. The thing that I didn’t like about this noodle is the way it’s packaged, they packaged 4 servings of noodles in a single box. I don’t usually cook ramen for the whole family so I only cook one block of ramen at a time. So since they packaged all the noodles in a single package I have to ziplock the remaining blocks of noodles so they won’t get stale. Overall I really enjoyed these brown rice ramen noodles, they are a better alternative to the standard single pack of ramen noodles.
