I've been taking these Wellbeing Nutrition Magnesium Complex capsules for a few weeks, and they've made a noticeable difference. My muscle cramps have completely stopped, and I feel much more relaxed, especially at night. I've also been sleeping better and waking up feeling refreshed. They are bit pricey.

This magnesium has been a game changer. I feel calmer at night, fall asleep faster, and wake up well-rested.

first night, I popped in two pills 1 hour before sleep and I slept very soundly and well. 7-8 hours. second night, I took two pills but could not sleep well at all, 5 hours approx third night, I took just one pill and found that I did not get good sleep at all. fourth night, I took two pills (was very tired) and also used chamomile tea and it worked well, slept well. so as you can see it depends on a few factors , suggestion would be to have chamomile tea. Have this one hour beofre you sleep. Mix chamomile tea post this for better results. If you are going to have just one pill , it wont work. The texture of the pill is smooth, cold, well packaged and really likeable. Overall, I am excited I have a product that is not "western medicine" and "sleep inducer" which has chemical imbalance possibilities. Please note - this will not really improve your deep sleep but it might include core/rem sleep (if you wear Apple Watch you can track these things...) What other things can you do to increase sleep? - cold showers in morning - natural sun as soon as you wake up - keep phone in different room - play lofi sleep Spotify music - avoid blue light as night comes - no coffee after 3pm **UPDATE after finishing my first bottle** If you have not had enough food and if you are having a lot of exposure to blue light, then these pills may be ineffective. So try to limit blue light before bit as excitement can ruin the experience. Recently I was sleep deprived and had 2 pills and slept 11 hours! That's a lot. I woke up and went back to sleep on a different bed but the overall sleep was very refreshing. It is not a perfect item but it is a must have.

Suppliment is helpful..reduces the frequency of headache and improve sleep cycle.

Excellent product for anxiety and insomnia , can also be used in BPPV.

The quality of magnesium might be good, i don't know, but the extra strong mint flavor in capsules is very offensive and annoying. Mild minty flavor could have been tolerable, but this literally punches on your nose the moment you open the bottle, and the mint flavor here is not the pleasant type which you experience in premium chocolates or other products. This is a sharp, irritating smell which remains with you for hours.

Easy to swallow but has a strong mint coating which sometimes gave me heartburn. Also, the dose is a total, no for each magnesium so these were not strong enough to do anything for me.

It’s been a week I’m using this product and I can see that muscle cramps has reduced, sleep is very good, hot flushes are still there but intensity has reduced. Highly recommended

Best Magnesium i've tried so far to help sleep.. It is AMAZING i've tried north american brans but none of them compares with this one. Really recommend it.
