If you're just wanting Organic Milk Thistle seeds for Tea I do recommend these.I've bought a few different brands before and they were ok but these are the best i've found and will be buying them again.I personally recommend using a mortar and pestle to lightly brake up one teaspoon of seeds before use and a porcelain one cup teapot to stew them in (most hold 1 pint) , then pour through a tea strainer.
