Kair 125mm Round Duct Connector

good quality , easy fit.

Quite expensive for a small piece of plastic. Didn't not come with back draft flap like some people state. Which was fine for me. I had to slightly modify it to make it fit my 125 mm ducting hose.

125mm round plastic duct connector from Kair. Good durable product and a snug taper push-fit into the standard 125mm (internal diameter) plastic solid duct . The slight taper on the connector ends grips the duct securely meaning that additional duct tape might not be required. But in an inaccessible invisible place where leaking condensation drips might cause damage I usually add a wrap of tape anyway, just in case age and de-plasticizing or vibration might slacken the grip. This is ideal for use inside a building and protected from the UV of bright sunshine.

It works. Joins lengths of 5" Kair (and probably other) plastic tubing together. Fix firmly in place with either duct tape or Jubilee clips. Job done! Though I must say that I didn't need it in the end because because the 3 m length of piping I got from Kair did the job on it's own. I'll keep it in reserve in case my cats or some other force damages the pipe.

Ideal extractor ducting and simple to use.
