A great bag to mix with others
A great bag to mix with others. This tea is great, if used enough, for inflammation but I use it in a blend of other more flavorful teas for drink. I believe this is a good buy and will get more. The taste is nice but I love more pronounced flavors so I mix this with other teas for a taste I enjoy.

With the turmeric in it, it makes it a little bit bitter. You might want to put honey in it.

Great smell and flavor tea!
Love the cinnamon and turmeric, may help fight parasites overall; I always brew this tea with alkaline water to further assist the healthy attributes of this tea; usually I mix with several tea bags like nettle, yerba mate, dandelion etc.

Plastic wrapping/Unhealthy
I absolutely love the flavor of this tea, but I don’t like the plastic wrappers that they come in. So I decided to cut it open and put it in my own teabags.

Perfect Aroma and blend of Turmeric, Ginger & Cinnamon
This is how I prepared it:Heated 200ml of water in microwave for 150 seconds (2&half minutes) till water started boiling.Dipped 1 tea bag in the hot water for 5 minutes.Squeezed out the tea bag.The aroma and blend are just perfect.None of the 3 ingredients (Turmeric, Ginger and Cinnamon) over power each other. Perfect Aroma and blend of Turmeric, Ginger & Cinnamon.With every sip I get a pleasant and subtle taste and smell of all 3 ingredients.I think 1 cup (of 200ml) of this tea makes for a great addition to my diet. With 120 tea bags that’s a cool 4 months supply of tea. That’s under 12p a cup of tea - just perfect in every way.CAUTION: The turmeric can stain if you accidentally drop or rub it on your clothes - so be careful when you’re wearing light coloured clothes, not to drop it or wipe it on your clothing. In the last photo I shared, you can see the turmeric stain on my palm, fingers and nails.
