Very good FM Radio and Blutooth connection. I just wish the LCD screen had a names of the Radio stations. It only shows the frequencies. The siund and performance of the unit is very good.

I lost my boom box , but it was dearly loved while I had it , took it out , nice size , not to heavy , doesn't compromise in the quality of sound department . Great value for the price , easy tuning .

I have had Avantree products before and have found them very reliable with a very good after-sales /help service. In the past I have purchased their Avantree 850, which I found very useful and with the replaceable battery, the product lasts a long time. My biggest problem has been with its Bluetooth, which frankly, has only worked with my phone. What I wanted was to connect to my Internet radio's, which neither the 850, nor this Boombyte, would allow. Having checked with Avantree I now know that for a proper Bluetooth connection will only be with the Avantree Soundbyte T (I hope).I have therefore returned the Boombyte to Amazon and have ordered the T version.I could complain that the original adverts for the 850 and the Boombyte didn't make it clear about the Bluetooth limitation, but it may be that those in the know, will have realised it. I am not a techno phobe but I do need my hand held.I have given 4 stars only because of the Bluetooth issue. In all other respects, I would give it 5.What I will say is that this product is very well packaged.

I couldn't Believe how good the sound is

I bought it for the kitchen so I could listen to MP3s whilst prepping food etc.It's small enough to pop on a little shelf amongst food canisters.It's certainly loud enough, you get a good stereo effect when stood in front of it & the bass seems to come out of the back of the unit.

A very useful item to take away with you and the sound isn't bad either. Try it. Jack. Thanks.
