I got this product as very recently I have really been struggling with sleep and I thought there would be no harm in trying these.Delivery of this product was very good, I ordered this product and it was delivered to me the very next day.These came in a plastic bottle with a screw type lid, which has a child lock in, ensuring children or anyone vulnerable can not open these.To open them, you just twist the lid while pushing down and the lid unscrews opening the bottle.They had a bit of foil on top to keep the gummies fresh, which was very easy to get off.In each tub, you get 60 gummies and you take 2 per night, so you get 30 days worth in this tub.These gummies are made of natural ingredients and has some vitamins in which is good as you are not putting any harmful ingredients or chemicals into your body.The ingredients are listed on the back of the bottle but it’s in extremely small writing, so quite difficult to read without having to strain quite a bit.These gummies are supposed to be raspberry flavoured but I can’t taste any raspberry in them, I found the taste to be quite horrible, probably doesn’t help that the smell of them is quite off putting, I felt quite nauseous when I smelt them and after eating them.They are very small though, so that’s a bonus but they’re quite difficult to chew and I found a lot of my gummies were stuck together in the tub so I had to spend a bit of time pulling them apart.The tub is quite lightweight, so easy to carry around with you if you’re travelling and they won’t take a big amount of space in your luggage.I did try and bare the smell and taste though to see if they were worth it as I’d do anything for a good night sleep!Unfortunately, they were not worth it, these do not work for me at all.I have been up unable to sleep for 2 nights straight, which obviously has made me feel not great, especially as I have health conditions anyway.These did not make me feel sleepy, they did not help me drift off to sleep at all either.It does say these help with menopause symptoms, I can’t comment on that as I have not reached that stage of my life yet.At the time of this review, this product is £19.99, personally, I do not think these are worth it at all and I will not be buying anymore.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product.

The nutritional makeup looks nicely balanced with vitamin A, C, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and B12, along with biotin and iodine.Taking the iodine into consideration, be sure to talk to your doctor first if you have any pre-existing health conditions or medications (thyroid management therapy for example).The gummies taste great, with only the faintest tint of 90's Flintstones chewable vitamin flavour. They're gummies, so they're obviously very easy to consume, and in fact it's hard to resist eating them like candy. PLEASE DO AVOID EATING THEM LIKE CANDY. I know it's a true test of will, be strong!!Thankfully, and also sadly, the dosage instructions are 3 gummies daily (presumably spaced out, as most of the vitamins are water-soluble). This is good because that means I get to treat myself thrice daily, but it's bad because that makes this a 25-day supply for £20.00, of the same vitamin content you can achieve from a once-daily multivitamin for £15.00 cheaper.It's a super lovely, good-tasting, well-rounded coverage of all of the basics, and I look forward to eating them. My only complaint is the pricing, but not so much that I'd deduct any stars for it!
