When you get a cold and the nose/sinuses start to block up, this stuff is what you need before anything else. A squirt up each nostril starts to work in minutes. Then once you can breath easier, you can worry about any other medications you want to take, cough syrups and the like.If you can't even breath in enough to be able to use this, all you can do is blow the nose enough to get some air movement through and then get that essential squirt done. It will make a difference.You should only use this for up to 7 days, but that will usually be long enough to break the average cold.You may or may not feel some slight stinging after each use, but it's minor and does clear fast.
