Not working batter and missing items
Waiting for them to get it picked up because UPS is not exactly close to us. They asked for photos to show the damages, but the damages are not visible. One, the Nikon battery was not charging. I charged it immediately after I received it, camera won’t turn on while charging, so I left it for a few hours while we go do errands and have dinner with family. Still wasn’t charged when I got home. Tried the back up (off brand) charger and it worked, but it’s odd that the Nikon battery wasn’t working. Two, they did not include the cable for the battery charger, so I couldn’t even try to charge the battery that way; again, no photo since it doesn’t exist. Three, they sent a backpack instead of the regular camera bag that’s on the description and picture of my order. Now I don’t even trust the camera to be brand new. Will return and get it from Nikon website/Best Buy instead.

Great bundle
My mom ordered the large bundle as a Christmas gift to me, however, none of the programs it says it will come with were in the box and to spend almost 3k already with none of the programs it advertised was a bit disappointing. She isn't very tech savvy, so I'm writing this review on her behalf.

Problem resolved.
After corresponding with Beach Camera, my bundle order was fulfilled. The missing camera gear bag including other extra goodies received. Overall, I am very satisfied with the products. Thank you Beach Camera customer service for resolving the mishap.
