I bought some cheaper knock off of this thinking I could get away but it was terrible. The magnet was weak and the materials were too large for most hand guards. I decided to give the real deal a shot and I'm glad I did. This item is well made and extremely useful. This is the best sling management tool I've seen so far. Don't settle for a cheaply made rip off buy the Sentry Strap!

I use this on my patrol rifle and it works perfect. I used to use ranger bands to do the same job but I got tired of replacing them all the time. I do with they made these in different sizes so I could use it on my patrol shotgun also. If you don’t think you need this, it’s because you aren’t getting in and out of a car with a slinged long gun.

Great product. Works great and looks Tacticool. But let's get real, it's a 50 cent strap with a 10 cent magnet. 40 bucks???? Come on, maybe 10 or even 15 but then again the way the firearms industry has been makes people think if it's expensive then it must be military tough and good and if it's cheap then it's Chinese junk. So they will probably sell more at this higher price point then if it was reasonable priced but it is what it is.

Works perfect to keep sling tucked away when storing but easily able to deploy when you need to. Quality material and strong magnet. Fits perfect on a slim hand rail or buffer tube.

Amazing addition to your rifle if you run a sling. My truck gun is more agile when stored under the back seat of my truck. I would highly recommend it
