Maldon sea salt with tin.
Quite simply the best finishing salts there are. I use their smoked variety too. This has a 250g box sized tin with the salt too so you can slide the open box straight into the tin. Might have to buy another to respray for my smoked Maldon salt as I dont seem to be able to find any other tins.

I bought this instead of Celtic salt, I don’t know if it differs chemically, ie contains iodine?It can in a nice tin and the crystals are a bit largerDoesn’t shake quite as easily as the Celtic variety but seasons well.
