I purchased a bike from these folks 3 months ago and it really is an excellent machine however I've developed a battery problem the bike will run about 25 miles and the battery shuts down it's done it twice two times in a row I contacted the seller and sent them a dozen photographs of voltage readings which conclusively show that the battery has gone bad at 49.8 volts it shuts down and reads 1 to 5 volts it should never read 1 to 5 volts the low end shut off is 36 volts so it should never read below 36 volts and it does clearly something is wrong with the battery and they are refusing to honor their warranty to a man who has terminal cancer and limited time left to enjoy my bike I felt a burden to let people know about this to hopefully prevent other people suffering I have notified their corporate office and filed a complaint with Amazon we'll see what happens if Amazon allows this situation to stand as it is I will close my account and do business elsewhere I can't risk this kind of fraud on what would have been future purchases
