Great set, great price!
There are two minifigures in this set, but what I think is the more interesting one is Owen Grady. This is the same minifigure who also appears in 75926 Pteranodon Chase and 75928 Blue’s Helicopter Pursuit (minus backpack and crossbow). He has the new Chris Pratt face which I think looks good. You can see his alternate face here. He has his usual tousled hairpiece as well as his brown jacket over a sand blue shirt. He wears dark blue jeans with some printing on them. In this set, Owen comes with a chicken drumstick on a stick to serve as bait for the Raptor, though the set comes with a walkie-talkie piece too that either him or the other minifigure can use.Speaking of the other minifigure, here he is. He’s a guard. Interestingly, his guard outfit is different from the guards in the regular Fallen Kingdom sets – they only appear in the other Fallen Kingdom Juniors sets. His head is the one that has been used on First Order Crew Members in 75104 Kylo Ren’s Command Shuttle and 75132 First Order Battle Pack, Killmonger in 76100 Royal Talon Fighter Attack, and a guard in 75931 Dilophosaurus Outpost Attack. He has plain dark blue legs and a dark blue cap, and his accessory is a tranquilizer gun. There’s one dinosaur included in the set, and it is a raptor. LEGO Raptors are getting more and more common now, which puzzles me as I thought Blue was the only raptor left after Jurassic World 1. Anyways, this raptor has completely new coloring. It’s lime green in color which looks less realistic but is more vibrant, fitting the younger audience for Juniors. All the molds are reused, though. There are some dark green colors and some black claws. The legs and arms are mounted on Technic pin connections. They can be moved forward and back, though you might have stability issues depending on how you pose the legs. You can get rid of those issues if you attach one of the feet to a studded base, though. You can move the head side to side thanks to a Technic pin, and the jaw can be opened and closed. It’s a nice dinosaur overall, though older LEGO fans may prefer a more earthy, realistic color scheme like Blue’s or the one from 75932 Jurassic Park Velociraptor Chase. Now on to the build in the set. There’s technically only one, but it kind of splits into two. It has a grey and blue color scheme which fits the Jurassic World color scheme. Every non-brick-built detail you see is printed, so you do get a couple of interesting printed pieces like the 1×6 hazard sign tiles and the 2×2 blue Jurassic World logo tiles.Since this is a Juniors set, there are several big one-piece molds used, though the most notable one is the huge car chassis piece – I believe this is the largest car chassis mold available for LEGO Juniors (at the time of writing). There still is a fair bit of building, but it’s a lot simpler, and that shows in the 85-piece part count. The back section can be detached from the main vehicle, leaving this truck-like vehicle behind. It doesn’t look particularly great in this form if you ask me, though maybe kids won’t be as fussy as me 😛

Purchased as gift and received as a gift 2 months later!
This lego Juniors is simpler to put together, better for younger kids or pretty much any kids that like dinosaurs. We purchased it for a 4 year old boy and 2 months later my daughter received it for her birthday from someone else. We just opened it today and it comes with the base of the truck already put together. My daughter is 5 and she likes it.

How Can You Go Wrong with Legos?
Little Lego lovers will be excited to receive this Jurassic World Raptor Rescue Truck building set. My five-year-old grandchild will definitely need some adult help putting it together, but thank goodness, Lego made these Lego Junior sets. There are still lots of little pieces, but they are more manageable than the larger sets. I highly recommend the product. Also, it arrived very quickly and ready to go. Happy building!

Great Present for a 6 Year Old
This summer was the year of Jurassic World! My 5 turning 6 year old is too young to watch any of the Jurassic Park movies, but that didn't stop the advertisements and displays in stores from reaching audiences far and wide including my son. He already loves Legos AND dinosaurs so this was the perfect mashup for him! We already have other Lego Juniors sets (I honestly wish they would make more).Lego Juniors are designed for 4-7 year olds. Basically, they are the same as the other Lego kits, but the instructions are more simplistic than the other kits for older children. The Legos designs are also more simple than the Lego kits for older children. The Legos are still the same size as regular Legos, so these are not an in between Duplos and Legos. If you step on them they will hurt. In addition, the pieces are tiny enough to get lost forever. My son is a free form builder, he does not care about the actual instructions, what he cares about is the potential for creating what is shown on the package. His Lego bin is filled with Lego kits all mixed together and he has a blast creating his own world, which is limitless. So, if you are insistent on your child following the directions to a T, then I would not recommend these for a younger child. Most boys under 6 just do not have the patience for this. Frustration sets in quick and the desire to just play take over. Stick to Duplos or just plain free build sets until about age 6 or 7 if you want to stick to the instructions. However, if you don't mind the kits getting mixed up for creative play and you child loves Legos and Dinos, then this is the set for you.As usual, the Legos are of the same quality we had when we were kids. I would recommend getting several of the Lego tools because some of this pieces are tiny and get stuck. The only way to get them out is via the Lego Tool!

Lego, enough said..
C'mon, it's Lego. The quality is always the best and if you happen to have the rare piece that breaks, well Lego will go out of their way to make it right for you. They really have one of the best customer services centers out there. This was a gift for my nephew, but I'll give you the short list of what I do and don't like.Pros: Best quality and fit.Cons: Absolutely. Nothing.
