The heads snap on securely and fit exactly as expected, with no looseness during use. The bristle layout feels well balanced and provides a thorough clean without being overly harsh. Compared to older brush heads, these seem to combine plaque removal and gum care effectively in a single head. They glide smoothly across the teeth and feel comfortable along the gumline during normal brushing.
