Question 4

This brand doesn't put ingredients or how much to use on Amazon, does it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is written on the back of the package. "Ingredients: Coconut water concentrate. Serving Size: 1.5 Tbsp." It says it is a product of the Philippines, sourced from India -- "utilizing a proprietary evaporation process." I have been using it to make kefir. It seems to work well for that purpose and tastes good.
