Char-broil Model #463355220Took the old pieces out and new ones slide into place. Turned on grill, heated up the pieces to 700°F+ and did a burn off. Grilled pork steaks right away.

The dimensions listed for the width of these emitters is 8-1/16". They are actually 8-3/16". The extra 1/8" width keeps them from fitting in place in the grill. The actual emitters don't match the picture. The emitter plates stick out wider than the end frames and therefore overlap. This is the second set that I purchased (the other listed by another supplier). Neither fit. I ended up using a side grinder and cutting the overlapping metal to make these work.

These IR grill emitters fit the Charbroil 3 burner IR grill (model # 463242516) just right, same size as the OEM Charbroil emitters. My previous Charbroil emitters lasted 4 years, I hope these last that long, if they do I will purchase these again.

Good quality but 1/2 inch too wide to fit in grill despite specifically checking make and model number. I had to take grinder with cutting wheel to cut off flanges along both sides of middle piece to the 3 to sit level. Not a big deal for me but would be for most people. No excuse for this when you can check make and model # before you buy. Measure your grill and call customer service to confirm dimensions before buying and save some angst.

A bit thinner than the originals. But, so far, so good. Worth the price.

Ordered the correct part number but did not fit. Was about 1/2 inch too wide with all 3 panels. Fortunately we were able to cut the metal and make it fit. 463355220
