To save luggage space we also purchased a GO20 for family roadtrips and for taking frozen items home on grocery runs. We got the GO20 in March of 2024 which worked fine until mid-November when it started giving an E2 error code. We followed the troubling shooting guide according to the instructions and when that didn’t work we contacted ICECO through desertcart. Long story short; their customer service was timely in their response, ICECO worked through trouble shooting the code with us, and when that failed ICECO sent us a replacement GO20. They even sent a free return label for the defective unit. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy refrigerator/freezers from ICECO since they stand behind their products.
