Not half bad but not great
It's a bit flimsy, and the mouth piece does come out easy if you haven't got it fully in place when you first try.If you already have good lung capacity and you trial this it doesn't add too much resistance but does help with meditative breathing.

Mouthpiece is a little on the big size, nothing too uncomfortable, just took a while to get used to.
