Mini Drone with Camera - 1080P HD Foldable Drone with Stable Hover, Auto-Follow, Gravity Control, Trajectory Flight

The RADCLO mini drone is a nice, short-range drone with a surprising number of ease of use features you might not expect on a drone this size or for this price.Out of the box you get the drone, the controller, 2 batteries, 4 protective wing guards, 4 replacement wings, a mini screwdriver (nice touch!), the manual, a USB A to C charging cable, and the manual, plus a carrying case that fits everything nicely.The drone can be flown with the controller alone or with the app, or a combination of the two, using the controller to steer and the app to capture photo, video, and provide other advanced features. The app (registration required) is simple to use; connect your mobile device to the done's wi fi, start the app, and pick either to use the app or use the remote for steering.While the app is required to view and store photos and video (there is no screen on the controller, nor memory card slot on either the drone or controller), almost all the other functions can be handled by the controller, and it's literally push-to-start. There's a push button to take off and land and even my 9 year old kid was able to fly it around with no problems. She even got it to flip a few times, using the "flip" button on the controller, though this seems to work best within the first 5-7 minutes of flight time. It also has some basic camera angle controls, a speed control (though don't expect this drone to win any races), headless mode, and while everything including the controller is fairly light, it's sturdy enough to take a few knocks and still be responsive.The battery appears to run for around 20 minutes, perhaps less if you keep using the flip feature (I didn't check this very well), and while I didn't time it perfectly, it takes more than 3 hours to reach a full charge on the batteries - as expected for batteries of this capacity, 800mAh.One thing to take note of: this is a shorter range drone, as per the description. I can't say I ran it to a full 150 feet, but around 50-70 feet the images started becoming choppy, with wifi disconnecting at around the 100 foot range. The drone itself could still be controlled by the remote at this point, though it did seem to start descending on it's own. Of course, I was in a neighborhood with lots of buildings and trees, you may have better luck in open fields.All-in-all, not a bad little drone. I'm planning to use this to get the kids used to flying drones, and since it weighs almost nothing, for the occasional prestige shot during family outings.

I recently purchased the RADCLO Mini Drone from Amazon, and right away I was impressed with this drone's high quality Camera - which is truly1080P HD with a 90° Adjustable Lens! It's Foldable design is convenient for taking on hiking trips and with Stable Hover every picture is perfect, the Gravity Control is flawless in windy conditions, the Auto-Follow feature is great for taking action shots, the Trajectory Flight is a cool feature, and the One Key Take Off is perfect and very helpful if your a beginner drone pilot like me!! Having 2 Batteries is a bonus as you now get to enjoy 30 plus minutes of flight time.This was my first drone, making me a beginner. knowing it would take time and practice to get the feel of flying, i knew it would take some time before I would get the hang of it. plus, with no experience, I knew there would be several crashes, and I can say I was def right as i had plenty of crashes and the drone has held up, no damages so far. I have flown directly into trees, tree limbs, the garage door, and ground just to name a few, no damages. I accidentally flew the drone out of range and it hit some tree branches which sent the drone crashing all the way through the tree and fell to the ground. Again, no damages. not saying this drone is a super tough drone, but its held up so far. with the low price, if it does get damaged beyond repair, im not out much money. its worth the try.The drone seems user friendly, simple to operate, but... user needs to get the feel for flying, which will(like anything else), take some practice, but thats part of the fun!!! depending on your skill level, the user may get the hang of flying in a few tries.keep in mind, the range with this drone is decent for beginner level. I would not try long range as the drone was not very responsive if I was more than a 50 yards away. but for me, not a deal breaker. would buy again.also... Just want to mention again, the extra battery is the best perk as it lets you keep the fun going!
