Taste is good
I was pleasantly surprised. Because I couldn't find the prime strawberry banana I gave him and bought the powder mix and it's very good. A tad more sour but that's OK.

My teenage son is obsessed with all things Prime. I love these powder sticks for travel! Easy to use and gives him a little flavor to make it through tennis matches. So convenient. My son loves every flavor. I like that we can add more water!

The single healthiest electrolytes pack in the world
Most electrolyte drinks and powder sticks have high sugar and sodium (which most people already get too much of) and low potassium and magnesium (which most people do actually need more of). This is the single greatest powder packet in the world for high potassium/magnesium and low sugar/sodium.

Love the Taste, But My Stomach Isn't a Fan
For the longest time, PRIME hydration sticks were my go-to whenever I needed something to drink. I tried most of the flavors and strawberry-banana was definitely one of my favorites. It is delicious, tastes like strawberries and bananas, and doesn't have a weird aftertaste. Like all the other PRIME sticks, it dissolved completely in 12oz of cold water. The one issue I always had with this flavor was the inevitable stomach discomfort I would feel after drinking it. Unlike the other flavors, this one just always made my stomach hurt. I never looked into it, but I'm assuming there is some kind of chemical or dye that is associated with this flavor that the others don't have.
