First acoustic, works great for me.
I started learning guitar a bit over a year ago and only played electric. I had a few songs I wanted to play but they just didn't sound right on electric, so I bought this. Plus, I started to play non-standard tunings, and having a second guitar tuned differently is a lot easier than having to continually re-tune.So, I'm not a master shredder or anything. I took it out of the box, played a song and fell in love. It has a nice sound to my ears, and after being plugged into an amp for a year, it does make for a nice change. Unfortunately, I tend to practice late at night, which I can do with a bluetooth amp on electric, but this is pretty loud with the wife and kid sleeping. I tested it out and I can use it out in the garage and annoy my neighbors instead of my family, but that'll have to wait until after winter. Most of the attachments are not too special. Having a bag for light duty use is nice, but the rest is nothing to write home about. That said, I bought a beginner electric guitar with the same assortment of accessories and at least having *something* before knowing which parts mattered to me and which didn't was nice. None are terrible so that they'd be frustrating, but if you stick with it, you'll end up replacing pretty much all of them.It seems to keep in tune well enough. I've had it about two months, and only really had to tune it once after setup. I've checked it almost every time I've played with a tuner app on my phone, but at most it is a nudge here or there. The initial tuning was a bear - high E was both too sharp and too flat and the tuner couldn't get a fix on it. Turns out it wasn't properly seated in the nut, which for a newbie took too long to figure out.For the price, I can't complain. I think it sounds good and keeps in tune long enough, which is all I wanted for a beginner guitar.

Not a single negative....for the cost, a very fine guitar.
Purchased as a gift for a teen girl studying guitar but no guitar at home. Action on the instrument was excellent, and fit and finish also excellent. Got the Concert size, which I recommend for beginners. A very attractive and functional guitar, for a good price.

Solid guitar, worth the money
Recommended by a friend as a solid starter guitar so I ordered it. I was super excited when it arrived...until I saw the box it came in. I was expecting to open the box and see a pile of powder which was once a guitar. Much to my surprise, it was fully intact. Upon inspection of the guitar, there were a couple of dents in the finish which can only be seen if you're really inspecting it and catch it in the right light. There is also a few scratches, the biggest being about 1.5" to 2" long just under the strings. None of this will influence the playability or sound, but I would've likely rated this a 5* if it had arrived unscathed.

Wonderful for a first guitar
It's A WONDERFUL starter for someone that wants to learn but isn't playing for performance. Fair sounds. If your going to get the sound and feel you want, you'll have to have it tuned as soon as you get it. Like I said, it's great to learn on!

Worth every penny
This guitar is amazingly build. Sound is great, easy to play and guitar tuning remains in tune even after a week.

Beware of sharp fret wire ends. They will cut you open.
I ordered this for my son recently for his 14th birthday. I have played guitar all my life and professionally for many years. I was really looking forward to opening this up and teaching my son to tune it and then he could start practicing with instructional videos I also bought. He doesn't want dad teaching him. Lol. Which will probably be better in the long run. However, this guitar showed up basically 90 percent finished. The fret wires were cut off very long and jagged and I actually cut one of my fingers open when I first slid my hand down the neck. So that was pretty bad. Additionally, this guitar was not playable out of the box by any means. The saddle piece was too low, so the strings sat right on top of the fretboard and rendered the guitar useless. So for anyone that is considering this purchase, I will say that the guitar itself is not a bad instrument. I immediately took it to my guy and had the set up done on it, frets filed down and smoothed and replaced the strings (which I always recommend doing with a new guitar) and it plays beautifully. So if you expect this to be playable right out of the gate, you'll probably be immensely disappointed. But, for about 40 to 50 dollars you can have a professional set it up properly and it will play great.

Totally greatful!
My nephew was so excited. He loved everything and that it has case, picks, and tuner. He loved it and loved the brand, as his cousin and friends that play guitar told him that it is a good brand. I was just so satisfied he was happy And he received it just on time before his birthday. Well appreciated.
