Just good sugar
I use this to make a liqueur out of vodka and cherry plums. The rock sugar was a great consistency and I need something that didn't immediately break down. This worked great. I was able to shake it several times and over the course of 3 or 4 days the sugar was completely Incorporated into the beverage. I have since then tasted it and it is great. Smells good. Tastes good. Not terribly expensive

Used this to make my own PHO borough and these were amazing!!! Just put a few in my broth. They were just like a chunk of sugar. Hard like candy I guess. And a sweet tasteโฆ itโs sugar :)
