Renal directed muti-vits for better kidney health is especially important depending on your health vectors as you age. The capsules have no real taste or smell, are vegetarian friendly, and contain all the minerals you want. The dosing is easy to follow and settle well with or without food. As for quality, I would say pretty good when looking at other supplements at higher prices.

I ordered this Renal MultiVitamin 100ct made by Mason Natural because I had been experiencing pain in both sides of the kidney area in the Fall and Winter of 2024, mainly because of back strain from landscaping work. I have been taking this supplement since the start of January 2025 at the recommended dosage of one tablet per day after a meal or a heavy snack. When I began taking them I had a persistent painfully sore throat that disappeared in the first week of use. The tablets are easy to swallow with a beverage because they are narrow and short. I don’t taste anything from them so there is no residual aftertaste and I don’t sense any difficulty with their digestion. They contain a wide variety of essential vitamins and minerals with adequate daily allowances including Zinc that I look for specifically in multivitamins for Men.I haven’t been experiencing kidney pain lately so this supplement may be doing good for my kidneys and my whole body in general. I haven’t noticed or felt any negative side effects from consuming this product. I think this vitamin supplement is a really great product.

The bottle contains 100 caplets, each of which constitutes a whole serving, so the supply is very generous.The supplement facts have these highlights...Vitamins B1, B2, B5 (panthotenic acid), B6, B9 (folic acid), B12 are all at or above 100% of DV. In particular, B6 is at 588% and B9 at 333% of DV, which are stupendous.Vitamin C is at an excellent 67%.Vitamin D3 is at 125%. Besides being an excellent amount, this is the one nutrient I know is of benefit to kidneys: calcitriol, the activated form of this vitamin, promotes intestinal absorption of calcium and the renal reabsorption of phosphate.Metals are abundant: Iron and zinc are at 44% and 73%; selenium and copper are both 100% of DV.Lastly, each serving provides 50 mg of alpha lipoic acid.I am not an expert in physiology, so I feel the product's name has a weak link towards renal benefits, but the abundant nutrients (which are well-balanced, nothing blatantly excessive) make it a very good multivitamin, deserving five stars.

Basically a multi vitamin with C, D3, B complex and good combo of minerals.

After taking these for 5 days I got dizzy, nauseated and stomach pains. I went to the VA medical center, and they said to stop taking them. Don't use inositol nicotinate if you have kidney problems or liver disease: Inositol nicotinate is changed to niacin in the body. Niacin can cause liver damage. If you have bad kidneys, it can build up in your system as they cannot eliminate Inositol. I stopped taking them and all the symptoms I got from taking these went away. The kidney foundation also advised me not to take them. They might be good for some, but I sure am not taking them.

I got these for my husband just as a multivitamin. He has been taking them for a couple of weeks and has reported several times to me that he feels much better and has more energy since he started taking them.
