As my daughter has started menstruating, these pads and the variety of sizes have been incredibly helpful in teaching her about the flow of her period and which pads to use at different times. Always is and has always been making necessary changes and upgrades to keep the customers happy, satisfied and most of all safe from outer accidents during those days of the month. Flexibility and comfort is always let especially with active women.
