These are brilliant been using them for years now for sciatica trapped nerve in my back. They work instantly and heat up within 2 mins of being applied they stay heated for well over 12 hours. They stick excellent stay in place are very thin so not uncomfortable you don't no there there other than the heat they are releasing. Brilliant when used on my lower back. Fairly hot and they stay that way for up to 24 hours. They work best when you sleep on them. They are hotter that way, but still fairly warm otherwise. You do not notice them under your clothes when you are out and about. Very worth noting : in pharmacists they cost £4.75 for two. And these only last 16 hours. These ones cost less than half the above cost and last up to 24 hours. Great pain relief. LO.

Only 4 stars because they cannot be applied to the skin which means contact can be lost if your clothes move. They are very warm and stay warm, about 18 hours but not 24, reasonable for what they are.

They work when you need that extra boost of heat. They last as long as advertised and are great for emergencies. I have started to use a battery powered heat pad but still come back to using these cura heat pads as they work when you need them. Great size that more than covers my back and I only need to use one at a time. Couldn't be simpler to use as all you need to do is remove them from the package. No stickiness as they are designed to be applied to clothing, not your body. Highly recommend these branded versions over cheaper alternatives.

I work full time as a housekeeper in a care home and have many a times suffered with sciatica and lower back pain and these have come in handy so many times! The adhesive is very strong and once padded down hard on top of your clothing it should stay there for a long time, I put one on before I go to sleep and keep it on till the morning and it still stays the same temperature and has not moved, they are easy to use just make sure you put it on top of your knickers or boxers not directly onto your skin! My skin has had no bad irritation after using this consistently for a while, excellent for pain management and good value for money.

Hot stuff and great product that works.

These stick in place but are definitely not as warm as previous ones that I’ve bought from my pharmacy. I can usually feel the heat all day. Not with these .

I occasionally use these for back pain, but mostly I use them for suppmental heat in our stray cat shelters. They give off decent heat for minimum 12 hours, often 16 or more, which is fantastic. I'm comforted knowing the kitties are warm all night. Make sure to place under a towel or blanket though.
