Let's be honest! Now, what vitamin E does for your body is plenty but, chances are you came here, for a specific reason. No, I'm not a doctor, scientists, or someone who claims one vitamin E source is better than the other. However, this company tells you, they have the best and I can't argue that. All I know is that we take it and it doesn't cause us any problems nor, noticeable improvements. As always, ask your doctor before adding any supplement, to keep yourself safe.

I’m a big fan of Vitamin E supplements. This looks like a high-quality one, given all the information about holding to EU standards. An interesting property of this supplement, and one that makes me wonder about proper storage practices for it: this is the first time I’ve ever seen an oily supplement like Vitamin E in a typical gelatinous capsule with the two parts you press together. For what it’s worth, the capsule is made of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose – I declined the opportunity to take organic chemistry in college so I have no idea how well that stuff holds up to oil or really what it is. When I handled the capsules it did feel like a little of the oil may have escaped into the bottle, but it was also in my fairly warm black metal mailbox for a couple hours, so it may be OK if you really take care to keep these in a cool place. If possible, I may suggest housing this oily supplement in a softgel for better durability.
