Installation was easy enough but I cannot get the volume to work no matter what I do… may return depending on if seller assist or not

Poor directions
The product itself is great in comparison to what's out there. I only had difficulty getting it connected by the front seat. After I sent it back I found a video that showed how to take the seat cover off to make the connection easier. After all that I never did reorder it.
