L. Rueteri makes brilliant yogurt with one capsule. See Dr Berg video on utube for instructions on how to make yogurt (36hrs at 37c). I make it into a creamy Greek yogurt which feels amazing. Dr Berg also explains why this specific strain is so important, thus they are selling it in isolation from other bacteria. Or it can be used as directed, a capsule a day keeps the pain away. It’s high quality and does change the gut. It is only for people who have gut problems or eat any processed food or have pharma damage, as my family members on perfect diets with no gut problems find this and the products I make from it repulsive because their body doesn't need it, so rejects it. But most of us are battling decades of damage, especially antibiotic and pharmaceutical damage, so we benefit hugely from this product.

I bought these last year having read Dr William Davis!s book. I tried making yoghurt but just didn’t like it. Recently I have been on a long course of antibiotics, my digestion was terrible. Acid reflux, stomach pain, bloating …..I was at my wits end as not slept well for so long. As I literally can’t face the farce of trying to get a doctor’s appointment any more I did some research and watched a YouTube video of Dr Davis. Well I thought I have it in the cupboard so I’ll give it a go. It’s like a magic cure for my symptoms and I can’t quite believe the difference. I even ate pizza last night, my arch nemesis and I had none of my usual issues. The main one being acid reflux on lying down! Obviously I will be buying more soon.

Purchased these to make L Reuteri yogurt and its worked as expected. Taste is a little challenging for some, however the family is seeing benefits.

realy good qaulty authentic L ruteri you can take it as a suppliment and it will have good results but i used mine to make L ruteri yogurt and it works very well.recomended.

I got it to make yogurt. It turned out very good.Update:OMG. This is unreal. The effects on me is like day and night. Unbelievable. It worked exactly how Dr. William Davis described.You need to pay attention on how to make yogurt. Always use 2 or 3 pills to make the yogurt, never use some yogurt from the previous batch to make a new batch. This is the key point. L. Reuteri is not strong enough to be the dominant strain if you are using the previous yogurt. Make sure temperature is set to 37c. Make sure milk or coconut is boiled for 15 minutes. If you use coconut milk then use guar gum. I used dairy to try it but I prefer coconut milk. First 1600ml coconut milk I use 2 table spoon of inulin, 1 or 2 table spoon of sugar. 2 tea spoon of guar gum.

Using it to make ‘fermented dairy product’ and very impressed with the speed - just 24 hours and a good thick set yogurt has formed with separated whey. Tastes good. Just x1 capsule used with x2 tablespoons of inulin

I used this to make some yoghurt. First batch was watery but I used some of first batch as the starter culture for the second batch and it was perfect 👍
