Reached out for customer support. I'm not kidding they took 30 days to reply back. During that time I bought another one. The tire went flat within 5 days. Had to use tire slime so it would hold air. Mind you this was driven on concrete only. The picture I sent shows the tire stim. It's suppose to lay in.
