The products so far has been really good. I've just used it a couple of days and up until now its been one of the best Waist trainer I've used. It is also really helpful for back pain and keeping a straight posture. I am wearing not only to work out but also while working from home. Easy to set up, use and clean. I would say sizes run a little bit small. I order an M (I am usually between S and M) and it fits perfectly but I thought an M was going to be too big. Overall great purchase and would definitely buy again.

I very recently had abdominal surgery to repair a Hernia and A friend recommended getting a "Waist Trainer" for the protective support. The Surgeon sent me home with a "wrap-around" style band with instructions to wear for 3 weeks. It is nearly impossible to put on by yourself, and the edges roll and need to be constantly adjusted. This belt arrived quickly and meets all of my needs now, and will become a part of my workout routine and more. It is very comfortable, easily put on solo, the tension adjusts using the side pulls and the build quality seems excellent and should last a considerable time. I have been wearing it 24/7 for a week now and I am happy to write this review for it. I can easily see me continuing to wear it for an extended time as I heal and then re-build my core strength and tighten up my abs. Call it a Corset or whatever you want, I look and feel better because I have it, and I am protecting my surgical area from relapse. Love it!

I wore this under my suit to court. It helped keep my love handles tucked without drawing any attention. I did have my vest over my shirt and a jacket, but I looked great. Wasn't too hot, and it gave me great lower back support. Which I need wish my scoliosis .

I am writing to review my compression belt that I purchased. I am very happy with this belt. It has great support and does not ride up into my rib cage like many others. It is very well constructed. I am pleased and will consider buying other products. i bought this because I had VSG (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) surgery and have excess skin. Regular compression shirts were not enough to keep everything in place and comfortable.
