TLDR: lumbar support was the nail in the coffin. The chair itself is just mid. Will be going to secret labs after all. Was very excited to pickup this chair after reading reviews. I’m a gamer, and thought this would be a good alternative to the expensive Secretlabs, Razer, Etc. Honestly, I didn’t last 2 days with it. I’m normally not one to return things, leave reviews or complain. This chair just isn’t comfortable for me. At least not fully. The quality of the materials is alright. The mesh is nice, every plastic piece feels pretty cheap. The worst piece is definitely the foot rest. Kinda just felt like something they threw on last second. The design of it is so janky, pulling it in and out requires fully moving your legs off to the sides. The seat itself is comfortable. The leaning is quite nice and comfortable. My biggest issue by far is the lumbar support. It has a little knob that supposedly allows for adjustment. It basically adjusts by what feels like an inch or less. The lumbar feels like it sticks into my back so bad, and leaning back on it actually causes some pain for me. I tried and tried to make it work for me. I really wanted to like this chair. I just have to return it. These aren’t the kind of issues I can get over, or that will just go away.

Butt doesnt scoot back all the way, leaving my legs hanging off in front. No way to create more room for my butt to scoot back either. $300 for a chair that doesn’t fit your butt. Go elsewhere do not get this chair. Very upsetting.
