I recently purchased the AC and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The cooling efficiency is excellent, quickly bringing down the room temperature even in peak summer. It operates quietly, making it ideal for uninterrupted sleep. The energy efficiency is another plus, keeping electricity bills in check. The sleek design blends well with modern interiors, and the remote control functions are user-friendly. Overall, a great value-for-money product with reliable performance. Highly recommended! Cooling is very good and air throw is excellent. It takes some time to cool but chillness is execllent. This is my second hitachi AC. The product everyone can trust. Installation was super quick and surpriaingly installation team started calling me even before the product delivery. Remote is good to hold and have all required functions. I like the features like ice frost technology but haven't tested it yet. Very good follow up by Amazon for delivery prespective.

First of all the product is good.Although it is a 1 ton ac but still it’s cooling capacity is really good for a medium to large size room.one thing i want to suggest that please look into improving the installation method of the product.

Very Low Noise. Excellent Value for Money in this Segment. Quick chilling. performance wise Hitachi is amazing, at night even if you run the AC at 26 temp Its super cool for 10X10 room. It takes only 3 minute to cool my room. I chose Hitachi as I have another Hitachi AC 2 ton in my Home and after using 8-9 year its still running smoothly without any issue that too for years so I chose Hitachi.

The second day after installation, the AC's outdoor unit is making unusual noise. I have now reached out for product support and hope the issue is resolved. This confirms my apprehension of buying white goods online, since I had a similar experience when I had purchased a washing machine online.

This is my 3rd AC of Hitachi, Quality undoubtedly very good. Cooling & air throw are excellent. Build quality of the machine including remote is good, we can increase or decrease temperature + or - 0.5 degree. Delivery was made on time and installation service was super fast and upto the level of full satisfaction. Thanks to Hitachi, Amazon & Service team.

Mine is a small room, around 100 sq ft. I am using it for almost 2 weeks (1 ton, 3 star). Installation was smooth and on time. The things I am already liking are- 1. Very smooth and fast cooling 2. Long air throw 3. The controls are easy to understand for common people. Overall, I am satisfied and I would recommend it for a small sized room.

Before I proceed with my review of this product, please note that I haven't actually used it yet as it's currently winter, so my rating is based solely on my initial impressions. Cons - 1) You need to budget an additional ₹3.5K to ₹4K for installation. We were taken aback when the technician from the company informed us that there is a fixed installation fee of ₹1500, plus ₹35 per foot for wrapping, wiring, and related services. Additionally, we had to purchase brackets for ₹1000, which the technician claimed should have been supplied by the seller. 2) The remote control was defective. Thankfully, it malfunctioned while the technician was present, and he replaced it at no cost (there's a new order for a replacement that should arrive within 4 to 5 days, but we haven't received it yet). If this had occurred in the summer, we would have been unable to use it even after spending the money. 3) There is no display showing the current or desired temperature, neither on the indoor unit nor on the remote. Note: These issues were noticeable before we even started using the appliance, which raises concerns about potential future problems. So far, I haven't found any positives or advantages with this machine. For comparison, we already own an LG 1.5-ton split AC that operates flawlessly without any maintenance issues. Pros - cooling is great.
