The slip resistance is good, the tread on these shoes is also really good in my opinion. I ordered a 9.5 my normal size for most tennis shoes, these are a little bigger around the toes. But I rather have bigger then tight. Arch support is great, at least for me they are. I have no pain from wareing them or broken them in. I work a 9 hour shift and they are great. I havent tested out the water proofing yet, however I wish that the water proofing covered the whole shoe. Instead of the webbing design. As it allows water to drip through it. Other then that good quality shoes I like them and the color is exactly as pictured. The "pink" is t really pink its sort of a bright pink orangish color. Which is good for me too. Good shoes worth buying! Review: Size up! Amazing shoe! - I purchased these shoes for our Alaska trip. They didn’t disappoint. Waterproof while zip lining, comfortable while hiking and stylish with all my pants and leggings. The fit runs extremely small. I usually wear a 7 and had to order an 8 for them to fit. Over 2 weeks I have worn them everyday and walked hundreds of miles, the quality seems great. Love the traction and ability to hike in them. My feet usually hurt at the end of a day but not while wearing these. ## Features - Waterproof Construction: These women's hiking sneakers have a waterproof build offering 4 hours of protection. Good shoes worth buying! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Size up! Amazing shoe! *by A***J on September 28, 2024* I purchased these shoes for our Alaska trip. ### ⭐⭐⭐ runs small *by L***G on October 21, 2025* I wear a sz 9.5 in most shoes, occasionally a 9, rarely a 10. Purchased a 9.5 and they were uncomfortably small with thin socks - I doubt even a 10 would have been comfortable. Ok width, but again, thin socks. Would not have been comfortable with thicker socks. Can't speak to waterproofing or wear as I had to return. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/614792529-nortiv-8-womens-waterproof-hiking-shoes-quick-laces-outdoors-walking](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/614792529-nortiv-8-womens-waterproof-hiking-shoes-quick-laces-outdoors-walking) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
