I don’t usually put reviews but I had to for this one!I have I’ve been using these melatonin drops for about three weeks now, and I can honestly say they’ve made a difference in my sleep routine. I like that it’s in liquid form because I can control the exact dose. At times I just take half if I need a lighter effect. The taste is mild, not too sweet or artificial, which is a big plus since the ones I’ve tried in the past didn’t taste good which was one of the reasons I couldn’t continue them.Within about 20–30 minutes of taking it, I start feeling naturally drowsy instead of groggy, and I’ve been falling asleep faster. I also notice I don’t wake up as often in the middle of the night. It took a few nights to find the right dose for me, but once I figured that out, it’s been really smooth.

I have been using nowfoods liquid melatonin for over a year now which is billion times better than this pathetic product. This one started giving me a weird headache from the first use instead of helping me with my sleep cycle. Stay away from these cheap low quality local brands.

The recommended dose is 20ml which gets you sleepy pretty fast but you'll feel stonned next day, if reduce dose, it doesn't work.I also bought 10mg melatonin tablet and I found them better than liquid. But this works faster and taste is also good.

Great taste, works fast, and it knocks me down for 12 -14 hours straight when I need to recover some sleep. No drowsiness also.
