We love this sectional. We have 3 huskies and it holds up! Comfortable, even to sleep on. It was a great value for what we paid. Shipped quickly, arrived early and in undamaged boxes!

We had such high hopes for this sectional - great design, good color, and fabrication seemed solid. Unfortunately, after two deliveries, we are returning. The first shipment contained only 2 of 3 boxes. The second shipment was also missing pieces/parts. If you are looking for a reliable product that arrives with all parts and ready to assemble...do not order.

We love it! Sturdy, comfortable, easy set up and fast shipping. The only possible complaint is we would like to buy two more ottomans to match because everyone fights over them. I reached out to the manufacturer and have not heard anything back. I really like the boucle fabric because we have two cats. They are well behaved, but you still get the occasional fabric snag on one of their nails. You would never be able to see it with this fabric. It's like sitting on a couch made of teddy bears.

The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to assemble, but unfortunately very uncomfortable. After 30 minutes of sitting on this couch, my back and neck get tired and painful.

We adore this couch! Setup was a bit like Tetris, comes in a lot of pieces, but luckily had help with a handy Father-in-law, and it was no trouble for him. The couch is so soft and fuzzy. I'm very sensitive to firm couches, I usually need to buy a memory foam pad to be comfortable, but I don't need one for this couch! So affordable for what you get! Love the modular design.. you can change around the shape of the couch if you want, and I love the freedom of that! You get a lot for your money with this couch, I highly recommend it!

Not good enough did not send all of my parts lied about several arrivals of legs that weren’t all sent only received twelve at start needs twenty four then was just sent four more been waiting for the legs for two months and still on the floor awful

So, the sofa arrived in three boxes, and I immediately opened it up so that the cushions could expand. It's been 2 days and some of the cushions are STILL expanding. The worse part of this entire experience, was actually putting the couch together. The easiest part, attaching the backs to the bases - surprisingly. The hardest part, screwing the legs into the bases....even using an electric drill!Why? The holes were either not big enough, (causing me to have to use my drill to "open" them up some more, or the cover wasn't lined up correctly, causing me to fold it so that I can gain access to the holes. Another issue...once the legs were finally, (took me four hours to get 24 legs screwed on!), I went to 'connect' the pieces together, but was unable to do properly, as not all of the holes don't line up. Oh yeah...the cushions for the ottomans, they're too big/done line up evenly with the base.Oy Vey!I guess you definitely get what you pay for. It was under $500, so I wasn't expecting Raymour & Flanigan® Furniture. At the same time, I was under $500, so I was expecting something a little less taxing when it came to putting the pieces together., but I definitely wasn't expecting what I ended up with. If I had to do it over again, I doubt I'd purchase this brand again.
