Usually due to denting. For years and years, desertcart stood by this product and anytime it came dented, they would refund me so that I could order a case that was not damaged. You send the photos of the damaged cans and they refund you. It has always been incredibly simple and straightforward. Well recently they changed their policy and now all they do is direct you to Purina fancy feast customer service page. But not before they waste your time for 30 to 60 minutes asking you to send pictures of the cans and then to tell you the cans are not damaged enough for a refund. I am attaching the photos so that you can see what they consider not damaged enough.
