Bought these to build up some strength ,completely new to this and now in my 60s ,but I used to do heavy manual work years ago ,but the muscles have now gone ,I bought the heavier set ,hoping I’ll be able to use them later ( but after loading them up I doubt it lol). Quality is great ,good finish on cast iron weights and good chrome on bars ,with a hand grip in centre of each dumbbell bar ,feels good in the hand and solid. These look so small ,but when loaded up, feels compact and comfortable but boy do you feel the weight.Easy to spin off the nuts to change weights. Limited use so far,but nothing came loose or fell off, I consider this a good value for money set.

Very happy with this set. The quality is good and value reasonable. The grips are decent and after a few months of use, there's no sign of wear in any way. With a single weight on each side, the lock ring holds very well, and I just need to give it a quick check every few uses, just to be sure. With more than one weight each side, the lock ring needs tightening often, but it's not really a major issue to do that, so no big drama I don't think. Oh, I noted some reviews of similar products mentioned a smell - I'm happy to report that these don't smell, so I guess they are well suited to the (corner of) the living room... I'd definitely recommend this set!

Excellent weights! Don’t take up much space and provide such versatility. I highly recommend buying these if you’re after doing some home workouts

pleasantly surprised in all honesty, bought it to use as i can’t always get to the gym after work and thought they might just do the job, but after receiving them i can say they are great and much better than expected for the price. easy to store and to adjust although drop sets can be on the trickier side it is do able and parts when tightened are properly are sturdy and not loose at all. I would recommend for a beginner, but obviously this would be a gym replacement more of an addition for home work if you will.

High quality cast iron. Beautiful weight plates. Heavy and feels good to use. Did have a slight problem with the handles but contacted seller and they resolved the issue immediately. Good product and good seller.

I've had these for a few weeks now. They are super sturdy, well made metal (steel) weights. The hand grips are nice too. It's easy to change the weights on each dumbbell. Simply unscrew the holding screw with your hand (it's big, it's not a tiny wee screw), pop another weight on and screw back on. The 2 x 15Kg dumbbells can connect using another bar and they become a 30Kg barbell. I'm nowhere near that yet! If there are any cons, I would say it wasn't abundantly clear in the description, at first, that this was a 2 x 15Kg set of dumbbells. It just keeps mentioning 30Kg.

This is such a well made set of weights and is a pleasure to use, even as a beginner. Really easy to adjust the weights and change the configuration between dumbbells and barbell. The only problem is that my 16yo likes them so much that he keeps borrowing them!
