Broken in 4 months
Loved the curler it was fantastic but now the clamp has snapped off. I’ve only had it for 4 months, and can’t afford to buy another one. Very disappointing because I loved it☹️

Heat mat doesn’t work
AVOID!!! i never usually write reviews on amazon and this has nothing to do with the seller but babyliss themselves, the heat mat will burn right through!!! it’s not a proper heat mat at all. the curlers are brilliant, but make sure you are not trusting this mat as it almost caused a fire in my house. either buy your own or buy a pair of curlers that come with a better one.
