Daewoo KOR3000DSL Touch Control Microwave Oven with Grill 20 Litre 800 W Stainless Steel

After owning mine for a year I can safely say this was a very good choice. The stainless steel finish stays looking good for far longer than your typical white/black microwave would, and unlike other models I've not had any problems with the controls, turntable or anything else. The internal dimensions are pretty generous for a 20L, it will fit a large wide rimmed salad bowl and still rotate which is surprising. It even seems to cook food more evenly than my old Sharp did. The only minor criticism is that it can be noisier than others.Update: The microwave stopped working (dead element) at around 2.5 years after purchase. Obviously microwave ovens don't last forever, but 2.5 years of light domestic use does seem on the short side.

I have had this microwave for a few weeks now and I can't fault it. It was very easy to install and set up. The controls are not completely intuitive so they take a while to get used to, having to refer to the manual a few times. I bought this microwave specifically because it was cheap and had a combi function. While using this, I noticed that I get better results using the microwave function followed by the grill rather than the combi function, which leaves the top hot and the middle cold. This is a minor issue and is probably similar for most combi microwaves. The grill has not smoked at all after following the advice in the manual to put a bowl of water inside and run the grill for a while to remove the protective coating. Finally, it is easy to clean and looks quite good.

This as a smart and stylish microwave with easy-to-use controls. it is definitely good value.The inside dimensions are big enough for my purposes but a dinner plate only just fits inside. You might want to check that if this is one you are considering.My criticisms are really quite small, almost trivial: - the inside light is useless. You can't see anything inside so why did they bother with it? - to set on timed defrost, you have to press the 'power' button 7 times. A quick 'defrost' button would have been nice.My biggest criticism is with the grill. I've stopped using it because the whole unit gets too hot for comfort. I'm afraid it will cook the electronics as well as my dinner, or at least, shorten the useful life significantly.

Bought from Amazon warehouse deal in like new condition. Tried as soon as it was received after a week, the turn table did not rotate at all. Packed with return labels ready to post to Amazon.Good - Nothing that I can see in the half day it was with me.Bad:Stainless steel brushed finish looks like cheap aluminium, particularly the buttons and knob with serations! Looks completely different from the photo!!Unproportional size compared to my previous 17ltr RH solo oven; more depth than the width makes it look small and ugly.Turn table did not work for me. Other reviewers have complained similar problems.The display is not bright enough to read from distance on sunny days! You have to lean very close to the display to read.I tried only once and it may be due to the table not turning but it heated the cup more than the water inside!!I would not recommend this to anyone.

When it works, this microwave is fine. Controls are easy enough to use, it's not ugly, it doesn't skid around.However, our version only works sometimes. Around 50% of the time, either nothing happens when you press any of the controls, or other times it lets you program it, but then the timer silently counts down but nothing else happens. We're going to send it back, but that's a big hassle.Other reviews seem to suggest that this model is often faulty when delivered so I would strongly suggest you spend your money elsewhere!

looks good does the job well enough but turn table has never worked!ripped. My old oven which i got for free was just as good if not better.gl.

There are some mixed reviews for this microwave,but let me set the record straight. This is a quality product that looks like it costs many times what you can buy it for. The brushed stainless steel looks expensive. The door shuts with a reassuring clunk. The controls are so easy to operate and simple. Its even got a grill. What other micro waves can be bought for this price have a grill!How does it cook ? - Quickly and effectively.Don't worry about its size - its suitable for all sizes of kitchen. Dont be put off by the name, this microwave is incredible value.Buy one today you wont be dissapointed.This has to be the best value on the planet.Delivery was usual Amazon super fast ,ordered on friday arrived on saturday.Update now had over a year with no problems, in use every day !!
