Missing parts *Updated*
**Updated**My cats love this product, I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and getting everything I needed to put it together. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to increase their pets entertainment!1st Update: After speaking with their customer service, they are sending me the parts needed to complete the build. They were extremely polite and helpful. They shipped out my missing parts immediately. I will update again when I receive the parts and build the catio!Original: “Missing all of the hardware and the waterproof cover. I can’t write a further review because I can’t put it together. First impression of the materials is they are very flimsy. Will update when I receive the missing parts.”

Good for what it is
My biggest concern with this is with the roof section it’s not fully enclosed. The top is open enough for my cats to get through. The instructions were decent, but it was unclear on the direction certain things should be facing. So I ended up putting the walls together backwards to begin with. It’s not the best quality but it’s okay for what we pay. The wood could be a little more sturdy, tiny pieces of the edges were just kind of splintering off.It wasn’t as wide inside as I thought it would be, but it’s enough for the cats. I would also say 2 maybe 3 cats maximum in this space. Once it was put together it felt a lot sturdier. I feel like some of the screws weren’t long enough for certain places but I had a few wood screws laying around and it worked well. Again overall good for what the price is. Will update in a few months.

Ya you could build it better if you had $500 in materials, a workshop, and several weeks off, but...
This is a fair option for the price. It's typical amazon "pet or greenhouse thing" quality: extremely soft and fragile cedar-smelling wood that needs to be pre-drilled every time or it WILL crack (you'll need wood glue for this regardless, I recommend Titebond III and packaging tape for clamping), vague but workable instructions where the pictures do most of the work, weirdly offset pilot holes, questionable but just-serviceable hardware that will need to be changed over time, random warped and unlabeled pieces, and better engineering than it deserves. The whole of this went together easily. The hardest part was the roof. The gable pieces were warped and there were a few unlabeled things (the stickers looked older and might've fallen off). Luckily I received outer gable pieces with hardware mesh cloth stapled on them so they weren't open like in a lot of other reviews.I did some modifications. Sawed off the eaves and offset the roof panels (and made sure the peak was screwed tightly together) to fit everything snug against a wall. I also moved the little hinged door over and repurposed it inside our garage. I also added a Zinc 1-3/4 in. L Fixed Staple Safety Hasp to the lower part of the door because our little stinker kept trying to wedge out from there. (Important! Potential injury hazard!)(I notice that some other reviewers installed the door piece upside down to raise the door, which, frankly, is genius. I should've done that. I'm constantly bonking my head on the low door.)The included roof cover doesn't look like it will last longer than a few months. I left the white film on the insides of the acrylic panels for shade instead. Oh yeah, if a cat lands on top of these panels, they'll probably cave in, so add reinforcement.Without thicker gauge hardware cloth on the outside and additional wood bracing for strength, I don't think this would stand up too well to a large dog or even a very determined racoon. Forget snow or hurricane force winds. I'll just have to grab more scrap wood before winter I guess. Regardless, the cat likes it.

Catio
We had a great time putting it together. So far the little cat loves it, but the fat cat is unsure. Lol. It looks just like the photo, the grey color is nice with our house, the quality is good too. We had to cut out part on the back to fit out window, but that was okay. It doesn’t sit flat against the house due to the 3”, 4” overhang on the eaves, but we made it work. Overall, I would recommend. Oh, and thank you Amazon for the care in delivery. Not a scratch!!

Do not buy.
Not only did this have so many cracked pieces, but the instructions were unclear, the pieces don’t align, the burred holes are either missing or in the wrong place, the panes are cracked, there is holes that cats can slip through, the paint is scratched so badly and most importantly this thing is so weak and unsafe for an animal. Do not buy this for your safety and your animals.

Not worth the money
It took about two hours to put this together with two adults and a teen. Much of the time of was split to begin with, the screws are mostly too short to be effective, and now that it’s up one corner is buckling (after 30 minutes). We agree that the side vents are an issue but we’re able to fix that. I’ve reached out to the seller to ask for a partial refund as now we have to buy more wood and screws to fortify the thing so the cats don’t get out when it collapses.

Looks Good, But Quality Is Lacking
It was a bit of a pain to get together. Some of the holes didn’t line up. And the one cubby collapsed due to weak staples being used to hold the wood pieces together. It looks fantastic from afar, but the quality could have been a bit better.

Nice catio
Took my husband a little longer to build than I thought it would but he said it wasn’t difficult. Cats love it and we may convert it for bunny use in the future. All in all great product and would buy again. Thank you!
