JBL has never let me down. These are great wired earbuds, at a great price.
Very good, clear sound. The bass is good without being overpowering. The JBL quality is consistent and reliable. The compatibility with my iPhone is excellent. I have five other earbuds and I like that the best, even over my more expensive pair.

Great quality for the price
These headphones are so good and have good bass and block sounds put, I don’t know why people are saying they’re not good. I think the quality it great! Especially for the price.

Build quality issues?
I've been using these earbuds for almost 3 months now. For the first month or so they were great, however over the last 2 to 3 weeks, I've noticed some issues with them. They still sound great and feel good in the ears, but every so often the sound started to cut out. There seems to be an issue the the USB Plug. If I pull out the USB and the Place it back in to my phone, it will work fine. This happens randomly while using them. I don't think its my phone, since I've haven't experienced this with any other pair or USB C earbuds or any other thing plugged into my phone. The other day while on a walk, One of the function buttons stopped working. I am unable to start, stop or skip to the next song any longer. Today, the Volume up button stopped working. Only the Volume down still works. All these issues after only 3 month of use has me questioning the build quality of these earbuds. Maybe I was just sent a bad pair, but I would have a hard time recommending these to any one else looking for decent inexpensive USB C earbuds.

Great Value with Some Limitations
Quick Summary The JBL Tune 310C earbuds are a great value for those seeking affordable, plug-and-play wired headphones. They deliver solid sound quality with a bass-heavy profile, work seamlessly across multiple devices, and handle high-resolution audio well on platforms like Tidal and Apple Music. The controls, including playback and volume, work well, but phone calls were not tested. However, they aren't ideal for running or intense workouts due to noticeable cable noise and limited cable length. For casual listening and stationary workouts, they perform well for the price. JBL Tune 310C Review: In length The JBL Tune 310C earbuds, in my opinion, are a great value option for anyone looking for simple, plug-and-play wired headphones. I tested them with four devices: a Pixel 6a, Samsung A25, Pixel 9, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. On all of these devices, the headphones worked flawlessly—no extra apps, configurations, or tweaks required. I just plugged them in, pressed play, and got exactly what I expected out of them. Sound Quality The sound quality is solid for the price especially on sale, but I do have a few gripes. Out of the box, these earbuds are very bass-heavy. While this is fine for apps with adjustable equalizers it becomes an issue for standard Android and iOS users using self libraries, where there are no built-in sound configuration options. For reference, I tested with Tidal, Spotify, and Apple Music. On Tidal and Apple Music, I was able to achieve 24-bit 192kHz playback, which really showcased the earbuds' capabilities when listening to high-quality tracks, like John Williams' compositions. Unfortunately, Spotify doesn’t support this quality, so the earbuds feel a bit wasted there compared to Bluetooth alternatives. Controls and Performance The inline controls on the earbuds worked well for playback and volume adjustments during my testing. I didn’t test phone call functionality, so I can’t comment on call quality, but everything else performed as expected. There are a few trade-offs when compared to Bluetooth earbuds. The cable transfer noise is noticeable when the wire bounces around. While it’s not deal-breaking, it does make these earbuds unsuitable for running or high-intensity calisthenics. However, if you’re weightlifting or in more stationary positions where the cable isn’t moving too much, you’ll get by just fine. One issue I ran into was the cable length. I wish it were about 6 inches longer. While using an arm band helped, when I kept my phone in my gym shorts pocket, the earbuds got yanked out of my ears more often than I’d like. It’s not a huge issue, but it’s worth noting. Durability and Sweat Resistance I can’t speak to the long-term durability of these earbuds just yet, but I did test them during a 3-hour workout session, and they held up without any issues. I didn’t notice any immediate problems related to sweat resistance. Final Thoughts For the price and sound quality, the JBL Tune 310C earbuds are an easy buy if you want something that just works and sounds great and won't break the bank and modern one cable solution. While the heavy bass and cable noise might not make them perfect for everyone, they are excellent for casual listening, hold up okay not great but enough for flights or stationary workouts. If you don’t need or want or can't afford the wireless convenience of Bluetooth earbuds, these offer a lot of value for their price.

Don’t sleep on JBL
These sound great connected to my phone. Better than the standard that I used in my phone previously. The JBL sounds great for what they are. Exceeded my expectations.

Great microphone and sound, minor noise bleed at high volumes
I use these earbuds daily for work calls and music, and overall they’ve been great. The microphone quality is very clear during calls, and the sound quality for music is surprisingly high quality for wired earbuds. The earbuds are ergonomically shaped and fit similarly to more premium in-ear styles, so they sit comfortably and help block outside noise almost like earplugs. The USB-C connection is also really convenient for connecting directly to my phone or laptop. One small downside is that if you listen at very high volume, people sitting next to you can hear some sound bleed from the earbuds. Other than that, they’ve worked really well for both work and everyday listening.

Microphone Died After a Few Months :/
I've had these for five months. They worked wonderfully up until this week, when the microphone stopped functioning. Really disappointing, as I feel that five months is a short amount of time. I'm really frustrated, as I bought a wired set specifically for reliability. The other negative is that (when it was working) the mic tended to pick up sound if it touched your shirt, etc., which is standard but can be annoying, as you have to pull it away from you when talking. But now the mic is fully broken, so I have a set of earphone to use keep in drawer as a backup. :/ Other than that, I would have given them four or five stars for sound quality, mic quality, noise-blocking, ease of use, comfort, and value for money.

Good but durability is an issue
I got tired of using 3.5m to USB-C adapters and wanted a good USB-C headphone set and hoped this was the one. The fit, the sound quality, the price were all good. However, after going through 3 pairs, I'm done with them. First pair the right earbud stopped producing sound. I went through the refund process with JBL and it was rather smooth and got the second pair for no extra cost. The second pair however the right earbud came completely detached this was my fault for pulling too hard but I've never had this happen to any other set. So I didn't do the warranty and bought the third pair. Then after a few months... the right earbud went out, no sound. I could probably do the warranty on this one but I'm done with it. I wear the wires up through my shirt and do a lot of walks but that's it. I'm not kayaking or mounting climbing with these things. There's something wrong design wise with the right earbud. It might be a good choice if you are using them only at your desk or something.
