The Saline Mist is finer and carries further back. The Mist Inhaler makes the finest mist of the three and is breathed in over a session rather than sprayed in a burst, which is what lets it reach deepest.How long a can lasts: It is built for roughly 1.5 hours of continuous mist. Run about five minutes a session and that lands near 18 sessions from one can. Worth knowing before you decide between this and a spray.Using the mask: The mask is included and the inhaler works with or without it. For a baby who twists away from a nasal spray, a mask session is usually the easier route, and it lets the mist do the work without anything going up a nostril.Where it fits in the routine: Saline first, then suction.
