Works super well Cuts out all the seed oil fat and frying and spitting of oil.... I think its healthier eating PLUS.... if you are quick.... you can use the hot water to make your tea.... Bonus huh ??? :)

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve purchased many of these over the last 25 years. This one is a definite keeper! Solidly built, it works great!

When this item arrived, I was very impressed with the quality. The only reason I did not give it a 5 is that it came with a metal handle, where you have to use a pot holder. I bought and installed a teflon one and now it’s a five all the way

Tried to use just to see if they worked. They really do had no problem cooking eggs.

I’ve never used an egg poacher. All I have to do is figure out how long to cook the eggs. Yes, the cups get hot, but guess what, they’re in a steam cooker, they’re going to get hot. Only negative things are that the instructions said to add water to the line, but I don’t see a line; and the beautiful copper bottom discolored on the first use. Good thing I don’t hang my pans up for the guests I don’t have to see it (that’s a joke, folks.)

I've always made poached eggs the "old fashioned way" - by dropping into water. However, recently, my husband told me the texture is starting to bother him. So, my hunt began and I decided on this poacher. WOW! I've used it several times and, for us, 3-minutes is the magic number. I bring the water to a boil without the poaching cups or eggs in the pan. I do not use the metal rings that came with the pan as I find those to be uneven when sitting the cups on them. When the water is boiling - add the eggs cups with the eggs already cracked into them - and let the pan do the work. Clean up is a snap because the egg cups are non-stick and I do spray each on with a little oil first.

Just past the return window by 1 day and it is completely ruined. The pan is peeling and oxidized. Very dangerous - must have chemicals in it.

This pan is built very well, and will do exactly what you needed to. It basically takes the complications out of poached eggs, which some people seem to have trouble with. No mess with the water just spray the small inserts and add your eggs and you’re done.

Egg cups where easy to handle and clean. Eggs where easy to extract from the cups.

The eggs are awkward to handle when hot more thought should have gone into it. When in use and hot the inner stainless steel holder can be held by the pan through its contracting and gripping on to it. Allow the pan to cool down if this happens and it will be OK. Just niggling points but points all the same. Overall the item is good quality and makes perfect poached eggs.

very very bad , when you poach egg remain stain of water and not good quality , waste your money without benefit just beautiful

Love this one. We had another one before this one that just isn’t a solid a pan. Perfect for poaching all eggs. Great copper pan.
